About These Terms

All monetary transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These terms govern every aspect of your relationship with ac67, from registration through to account closure.

1. Eligibility

• 1.3You confirm that your use of ac67 is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you. ac67 does not provide legal advice in this regard.
• 1.4ac67 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Eligibility decisions are final and binding.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Players must register an account before accessing any real-money game or placing any bet on ac67. The following terms apply to registration and ongoing account maintenance.

• 2.1You may register only one account. If ac67 determines that you hold more than one account — under the same or different identities — all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances or bonuses may be voided.
• 2.2You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number during registration. This number is used as your primary login credential, for identity verification, password recovery, and withdrawal confirmation.
• 2.3ac67 may require KYC documentation before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending funds.
• 2.4You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
• 2.5You must notify ac67 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ac67 reserves the right to lock your account pending investigation upon receipt of such a notification.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

ac67 processes all financial transactions in BDT. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform.

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ac67 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's network or processing systems.
• 3.2Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where operationally possible.
• 3.3ac67 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, policy violation, or incomplete verification. Players will be notified and given the opportunity to provide additional documentation.
• 3.4All funds deposited into ac67 must originate from payment accounts legitimately owned by the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• 3.5ac67 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay may apply their own transaction fees per their respective terms of service. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ac67 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and the general terms below.

• 4.1All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each individual offer.
• 4.2Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance for wagering requirement calculation purposes, unless stated otherwise in specific offer terms.
• 4.3ac67 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer — including offers already claimed — if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a system error, or multi-accounting. Winnings generated from such bonuses may also be voided.
• 4.4Bonus offers may be time-limited. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time limit, the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from the account without further notice.
• 4.5Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for bonus offers during the restriction period. Contact ac67 support before claiming any offer if you are uncertain about your eligibility.

5. Gameplay and Fair Use

Players are expected to use ac67 honestly and in accordance with these terms. The following conditions apply to all gameplay activity on the platform.

• 5.1All game outcomes on ac67 are determined by certified RNG systems operated by the respective game providers. ac67 does not influence game outcomes. Results are final once confirmed by the game engine.
• 5.2The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to interact with ac67 games in a way that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Accounts found using such tools will be suspended immediately and all associated winnings voided.
• 5.3Collusion between players — including sharing information in live table games, coordinating bets to exploit bonus terms, or chip-dumping — is prohibited. ac67 actively monitors for collusion and reserves the right to void any sessions where collusion is identified.
• 5.4If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault on the platform side, the session will be resolved according to the game provider's published fault-resolution rules. ac67's liability in such cases is limited to restoring the player's balance to its pre-game state where technically feasible.

6. Responsible Gaming

ac67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the platform. The following terms outline the tools and obligations available under our responsible gaming framework.

• 6.1Players may request deposit limits, session time limits, or temporary account time-outs at any time by contacting ac67 support. Restrictive limits take effect immediately once applied. Requests to increase or remove limits may be subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• 6.2Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from ac67 may submit a self-exclusion request to the support team. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. The account will be closed with no access to any remaining balance until the exclusion period ends.
• 6.3ac67 will not knowingly permit a self-excluded player to re-register or regain access during an active exclusion period. If a self-excluded player circumvents the exclusion and continues to play, any winnings generated during that period may be voided.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

ac67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account for the reasons outlined below. Account closure does not automatically entitle the player to a refund of deposited funds where a policy violation has been confirmed.

• 7.1ac67 may suspend or terminate an account immediately and without prior notice if the account holder has provided false registration information, violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used prohibited software.
• 7.2Where an account is closed due to a verified policy breach, ac67 reserves the right to void all open bets, cancel all pending bonuses, and retain any balance directly attributable to the breach. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player.
• 7.3Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ac67 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method after verification, provided no active policy investigation is ongoing.
• 7.4Inactive accounts — those with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months — may be marked as dormant. ac67 will make reasonable efforts to contact the player before taking any action on a dormant account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ac67 platform — including design elements, logos, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of ac67 or its licensed content providers.

• 8.1You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from ac67.
• 8.2Unauthorised use of ac67's intellectual property — including use of the brand name, logo, or platform design in any external website, social media account, or promotional material — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ac67's liability to any player is limited as described below. These limitations apply regardless of the legal basis for any claim.

• 9.1ac67 is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or indirect losses arising from platform downtime, game errors, payment processing delays, or any other technical failure beyond the platform's direct control, provided ac67 has taken reasonable steps to restore service promptly.
• 9.2ac67 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or external network issues may temporarily affect availability. ac67 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.
• 9.3The total aggregate liability of ac67 to any individual player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ac67 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of ac67 after updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
